Local Pickup

* In-store pickup is available Tuesday-Saturday, 10am-5pm.  An email will be sent when your order is ready for pickup.  If you prefer to meet us curbside for pickup, please call or email the store to make arrangements.

 

How long does it take to process an order?

Please allow 1-4 days for your order to be processed for shipping.  We make every effort to fulfill orders as quickly as possible.  Understand we are a team of humans, working with human hands, and human brains.  

 

What about shipping?

We ship domestically and to Canada.  Shipping times depend on your location.  If you live locally, you’ll get it faster than if you live in Hawaii.  The UPS quotes, but does not guarantee 2-8 business days for domestic delivery.

 

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status.  Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 8 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at gigis@gigisclosette.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
